Made in Britain Has Meaning

To the world, it has always been more than an origin.

Made in Britain is a standard.

Mass production is firmly overseas, and many goods described as luxury are now produced at scale as status symbols. British manufacturing offers another measure: craft, restraint, judgement and permanence. From Savile Row tailoring to Rolls-Royce motor cars, from jewellers and silversmiths to workshops producing objects and works of art, small-scale British production never disappeared. It was simply overlooked.
